How fast do you deliver estimates?

Small projects (single trade, under 2,000 sq ft) are delivered within 24 hours. Larger projects are delivered in 48 hours. We're available 7 days a week for urgent deadlines.
Do you work on weekends?

Yes. Our team is available 7 days a week including holidays. For urgent weekend requests, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

How accurate are your estimates?

We guarantee 100% accuracy on our takeoffs and estimates. Every deliverable is reviewed by a senior estimator before delivery. If you find an error, we fix it immediately at no charge.
What software do you use?

We use PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for measurements. Deliverables are formatted in Microsoft Excel and PDF.
Are revisions included?

Yes. Basic plan includes 1 revision, Full Estimate includes 2, and Enterprise includes unlimited revisions. Minor corrections are always free.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. The price we quote is the price you pay. Revisions are included. Rush fees only apply for under-12-hour turnarounds and are always disclosed upfront.
What is your refund policy?

If our estimate contains an error we caused, we fix it free. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund. We stand behind our work completely.
