By accessing and using the services of Growth Estimates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Growth Estimates provides construction cost estimating, material takeoff, and quantity surveying services. All estimates are prepared based on drawings and information provided by the client.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, construction estimates are based on the drawings, specifications, and information provided to us. Growth Estimates is not liable for discrepancies arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information. We will correct any errors caused by our team at no charge.
We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We do not share drawings, specifications, or project details with any third parties.
Payment is due upon delivery of the completed estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Revisions included with each plan (1 for Basic, 2 for Full Estimate, unlimited for Enterprise) cover changes based on the original scope. Revisions required due to drawing changes may incur additional charges.
If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right or issue a full refund.
